How the calculation works
A day count compares two calendar dates with the selected inclusion rules. Business-day modes can exclude weekends and other configured dates.
Example to check
The interval from Monday to Tuesday is one elapsed day. Including both endpoints counts two calendar dates.
Before using the result
Public holidays depend on location and year. Confirm the exclusions before using a result for a contract or filing deadline.
